Yes. Every project is a fixed price agreed before work starts, never hourly, so the number you agree is the number you pay. If a job doesn't fit a package, it's quoted properly rather than squeezed into one.

CreativeDigital is not VAT-registered, so no VAT is added and the price you're quoted is the full price you pay.

Because that's a template with your logo on it, usually on a platform charging monthly rent, usually without analytics, usually not fast. If that's genuinely all you need, take it, I mean that. What you're paying for here is a hand-built site you own outright, that loads in under a second, that measures leads rather than visits, and that was made by the person you spoke to.

No account managers, no office, no junior layer, no new-business team to fund. You're paying for delivery rather than for overhead. The trade-off is that I take on a small number of clients at a time, if your project needs ten people, I'm the wrong call and I'll tell you on the first one.

Yes, with no deposit. Most project packages can be paid monthly: over 6 months on builds under R85,000 and over 12 months above that, the same amount every month from the start. The total always sits next to the monthly figure, because a monthly number without its total is how people get caught out. Paid once instead, it's 50% to start and 50% on completion.

Then you shouldn't buy the package. Tell me what you actually need and I'll quote that. The tiers exist to make the common cases easy, not to force you into one.

Yes. Most clients are in South Africa and the UK, and everything runs remotely, so location has never been a constraint. Clients outside South Africa are quoted in their local currency at local market rates rather than a rand conversion. Ask and I'll send that price list.

In full, against any project over R60,000 booked within 60 days. If we work together it costs you nothing, and if we don't you keep a prioritised plan you can hand to anyone. There's no catch, it exists so that neither of us spends a week on a proposal for work that was never a fit.

Fair question and the one most people think but don't ask. I'm not going to answer it with a promise, because a promise from one person is worth very little. The structural answer: every project has a documented handover, you hold your own hosting, domain and platform accounts, and all source files are yours from day one. Retainers add an SOP library covering every routine. Nothing lives only in my head, so if I'm unavailable for a week you have the documentation to keep going, and if I disappeared entirely you could hand the whole operation to anyone competent without needing my cooperation.
