The cheapest
revenue you already own.

Every name on your list already said yes once. Email is the only channel where you don't pay again to reach the people who did, which is why it quietly outperforms everything else and why almost nobody sets it up properly.

Foundations

Deliverability first, everything else second

There is no point writing a good campaign that lands in spam. SPF, DKIM and DMARC configured properly, list hygiene, a warmed sending domain and segmentation that reflects how people actually buy from you, this is the unglamorous part that decides whether any of the rest works.

  • SPF, DKIM and DMARC configured
  • List cleaning and re-permissioning
  • Segmentation model built around behaviour
  • Reusable branded template system

Flows

The four that make the money

Welcome, abandoned cart or enquiry, post-purchase and win-back. These run without anyone touching them and typically produce the majority of email revenue. Set up once, monitored monthly, improved quarterly.

  • Welcome and onboarding sequences
  • Abandoned cart / abandoned enquiry
  • Post-purchase and review requests
  • Win-back and lapsed-customer flows

Campaigns

Something worth sending

Written, designed and scheduled, for professional firms that means genuinely useful thinking, and for ecommerce it means product storytelling rather than a discount treadmill. Either way it goes out on time, every month, without you writing it at 11pm.

  • 2–8 campaigns a month depending on tier
  • Written and built, not just scheduled
  • A/B testing on subject and offer
  • Send-time and frequency optimisation

Numbers

Revenue per flow, not open rates

Open rate is a vanity metric that got worse when Apple started pre-fetching images. The report you get shows revenue attributed per flow and per segment, so you can see which sequence is actually paying for itself.

  • Revenue attribution per flow
  • Segment performance breakdown
  • List growth and churn tracking
  • Monthly report in plain English

Packages
& pricing

Email marketing starts from R32,000. Every package is a fixed price, never hourly, quoted to your scope after a short call, so the number you agree is the number you pay. If your job doesn't fit a package, I'll quote it properly rather than bend one.

No VAT is charged (not VAT-registered), so the price you're quoted is the price you pay. Projects can be paid monthly with no deposit, the same amount every month from the start, with the total always shown; or paid once, 50% to start and 50% on completion. Website and store builds paid monthly include managed hosting for the first year. Care runs with no lock-in, 30 days notice. Other retainers have a 3-month minimum, long enough for the work to show. UK and other international clients are quoted in local currency at local rates. Ask for a quote.

Digital Audit

Find out what's actually wrong before anyone quotes you to fix it. A fixed-scope review of your website, search presence, systems and operations, delivered as a written, prioritised plan you own outright and can take anywhere. Most people book this instead of a proposal, because a proposal tells you what I want to sell and an audit tells you what you actually need.

Credited in full against any project over R60,000 booked within 60 days , so if we work together, it costs you nothing.

What you get

  • Technical review of your site, speed, structure, mobile, accessibility
  • Search visibility check and keyword gap analysis
  • Analytics and conversion tracking audit, is your data even trustworthy?
  • Systems and operations review, where the manual work is hiding
  • Written report, prioritised by impact and effort, with rough costs
  • 60-minute walkthrough call

answers

How much does email marketing cost at CreativeDigital?
Email marketing starts from R32,000 with The Engine, which sets it up properly. Running it monthly is Managed Email or the Lifecycle Programme, quoted to the volume you need. Your email platform's own fees are separate. Every package is a fixed price quoted to your scope after a short call, never hourly, and no VAT is added because the studio is not VAT-registered.
Which email flows should a business have?
Four core flows do most of the work, and The Engine builds all four: welcome, abandoned cart or enquiry, post-purchase, and win-back.
Why are our emails going to spam, and can you fix it?
Almost always because SPF, DKIM or DMARC is missing or misconfigured on the sending domain, and The Engine sets all three up before anything is sent. List hygiene is the other half. Why emails go to spam.
Do you do SMS or WhatsApp marketing?
SMS and WhatsApp channels are quoted separately, on top of an email programme.
