Launch Site
Look like you're already winning, live in three weeks.
Your website is costing you work and you know it
You're a consultancy, a professional firm or a young brand. You have a site somebody built in a hurry three years ago, or a one-page holding thing, or nothing at all. It hasn't stopped you yet, the work comes from referrals, but you've started noticing the moment in a sales conversation where someone says "I had a look at your website" and the tone shifts slightly.
You don't have a branding problem. You know who you are and what you sell. What you have is a credibility gap between how good the work is and how the website makes it look, and every week that gap stays open costs you deals you never hear about.
You also don't want a project. You want a good site, at a known price, finished, not a three-month discovery process with an agency that goes quiet for a fortnight at a time.
What you
actually get
Every line below is a deliverable, not an intention. If it's on this list it's in the proposal, and if it's not on this list it isn't included.
Up to five pages, designed for you
Typically Home, About, Services, Work and Contact, but it's your five. Designed from what the page has to achieve, not dropped into a template.
A design-token system underneath
Colour, type and spacing defined once and referenced everywhere. It's why the site stays consistent as it grows, and why changing the accent colour later takes minutes rather than a day.
Sub-one-second load times
Hand-written HTML and CSS. No page builder, no plugin chain, no database query. There is almost nothing to download, which is why it arrives instantly and why Google rewards it.
A contact form that actually delivers
With spam protection, and a hardened fallback so a lead is never silently lost on a bad mobile connection, which happens more often than most agencies check for.
Analytics and conversion tracking wired in on day one
GA4 with a conversion event on every enquiry. You'll be able to answer 'how many leads did the site produce last month' from launch, not from whenever someone gets around to it.
The full SEO layer
Unique titles and descriptions, canonical tags, Open Graph and Twitter cards, structured data, sitemap and robots. Submitted to Search Console before handover.
Deployed, and handed over completely
Live on your hosting, in your account. Every source file is yours. There is no part of this you need me for later.
How it runs
So you know what's happening and when, and so nobody has to ask for a status update.
The call
Thirty minutes. You tell me what the site has to do. I tell you honestly whether this package fits or whether you need something else.
Structure and direction
Sitemap agreed, then a designed homepage concept. Nothing else gets built until you're happy with the direction.
Build
The remaining pages, on the approved direction. You see progress as it happens on a preview link, no reveal meeting.
Revisions, tracking, launch
Your one revision round, then analytics, SEO, deployment and Search Console. Live at the end of the week.
Settling in
Anything broken gets fixed free for a month. Not new features, fixes. The distinction is in the proposal so neither of us guesses.
What I need from you
The projects that run late almost always run late for one of these reasons, so they're worth reading properly before we start.
- Your logo and any brand assets you already have, in the best quality you can find
- Copy for each page, or bullet points I can shape, I edit, I don't ghostwrite from nothing
- Photography, if you want real images rather than the ones I'd source
- One decision-maker who can approve the direction, this is the single biggest factor in hitting three weeks
- Access to your domain and hosting, or the go-ahead to set them up
What's not included
On the public page rather than buried in the proposal, so there's no argument in week five.
- Logo or brand identity from scratch
- Copywriting (light editing only)
- Ecommerce or payments
- Photography or custom illustration
- Ongoing changes after 30 days
What happens if you don't do this
Do nothing. The site keeps quietly costing you the deals where someone checked before they called. You'll never see that number, which is exactly what makes it easy to keep postponing.
Go cheaper. R6,000 buys a template with your logo on it, usually on a platform charging monthly rent, usually slow, usually with no tracking. For some businesses that is genuinely the correct decision and I'll tell you if you're one of them. But you will not own it, it will not be fast, and you will not be able to prove it works.
Go bigger. If you have more than five pages of real content, an existing site with traffic to protect, or you need ecommerce, this package is the wrong shape , Rebuild & Replatform is the one you want.
Straight
answers
Is R29,500 really fixed, or does it creep?
What if I need six pages, not five?
Can I edit it myself afterwards?
Three weeks seems fast. What's the catch?
What happens after the 30 days?
Sound like
your problem?
One call, no deck. If this isn't the right package I'll tell you which is.
