Airtable and Notion consulting is close to nonexistent as a defined local category, most of the visible expertise is international. That's not a warning sign, it's an opportunity if you find someone who genuinely does this work, since it means less noise and fewer copycat templates than in more saturated markets.
When you don't need one
If your use case is genuinely simple, a single table tracking one list of things, you don't need a consultant, you need twenty minutes and the Airtable help docs. The moment you're relating three or more tables together and need automations between them, that's when a wrong early decision starts compounding, and it's worth getting right the first time.
